Working out with Greg this summer has been awesome! I never had the motivation to work out or do anything before this. But now I want to work out every day and I am conscious about what I eat. I finally see an improvement in myself, both physically and mentally. I honestly wish that I could take Greg to school with me and workout with him three times every single week. He makes working out fun and also leads to improvements. I will definitely workout with Greg every time that I am home and have the opportunity to do so!

When I decided on personal training, I wanted to improve three fitness concerns: core strength, mobility, and balance. Greg prepared a program of exercises that specifically addressed my problems. Over the time we have worked together, I have greatly improved in all areas. In fact, I am now able to do squats, lunges and even some balance tricks that were simply not possible before. I think I could even play hopscotch with my grandchildren. Working with Greg has been not only rewarding and continually challenging, but it is always a lot of fun. I feel great after my workout.

I wanted you to know just how wonderful I have felt since beginning the Fascial Stretch Therapy with you. I have practiced yoga for over 20 years, and so I have a good sense of my own body in space, and how I respond to various types of stretching.
The most significant change for me has been my posture, which has been a constant, nearly life-long issue for me. What I noticed for several days after my first FST session was that I felt tall and balanced as I moved through the day. The feeling was that there was more space between my pelvis and my upper torso and that everything was aligned. This new posture was effortless, noticeable to others, and seemed to just be there most of the time. This improved posture has continued for the last several months since beginning FST.
In addition, some lower back pain I had been experiencing for nearly 6 months seemed to just go away after only 2 sessions. While I have done yoga for many years, I have gotten stiffer as I age. With FST, I seem to gently increase my flexibility without effort or strain or any chance of injury. When I get up off of the table, I am relaxed, centered, flexible, and simply feel delicious in my body.

I have been training with Greg for about seven years. He comes to my house at our agreed upon time whether or not I am in the mood to work out. The convenience of an in-home personal trainer makes it impossible for me to skip my sessions. Greg is knowledgeable about exercise and nutrition. He's pleasant, but can also be firm when I am lazier than usual. Working out has made me stronger and more fit, and most of the time, it is fun! Greg is creative with our sessions and he even has special exercises to help strengthen my knees, which can be problematic. I can't think of a better way to train.

I have been training with Greg for several years. He has helped me to achieve my personal goals not only in keeping my weight in check, but raising my fitness levels. I have competed in several 5K runs in the last 2 years and could not have done it without Greg’s training and support.
