Performance enhancement and injury prevention to help develop strength and conditioning for sports and other physical activities. Programs may emphasize various aspects of core conditioning, strength, balance, flexibility, mobility, power, speed, agility and quickness training. |
Functional Aging (50+):
Strength training is important, but balance, mobility, agility, coordination, and power are all necessary components to a solid training program as we age. |
