Training Programs

General Health & Fitness:
Designed to help improve overall health, performance, and quality of life.​
Corrective Exercise:
Helps to improve poor posture, alleviate muscle tightness or weakness, improve flexibility, mobility, and body control.
​Special Issues:
Do you have a condition, illness or injury that requires specific care? We can work with your doctor and/or physical therapist to create a safe and effective personal training program for you.​ ​


Functional Movement Screen:
The Functional Movement Screen (FMS) is a series of basic movements that identify any areas that need improvement. Based on the FMS score, corrective exercises can then be assigned to improve mobility, stability and overall movement quality.

Sports Performance: 
Performance enhancement and injury prevention to help develop  strength and conditioning for sports and other physical activities. Programs may emphasize various aspects of core conditioning, strength, balance, flexibility, mobility, power, speed, agility and quickness training.
