Functional Movement Screen:
The Functional Movement Screen (FMS) is a series of basic movements that identify any areas that need improvement. Based on the FMS score, corrective exercises can then be assigned to improve mobility, stability and overall movement quality.

Performance enhancement and injury prevention to help develop strength and conditioning for sports and other physical activities. Programs may emphasize various aspects of core conditioning, strength, balance, flexibility, mobility, power, speed, agility and quickness training.
