Corrective exercise helps to improve poor posture and movement patterns, alleviate muscle tightness or weakness, and improve flexibility, mobility, and the ability to control your body. Post-rehabilitation patients are welcome.
Functional Movement Screen:
The Functional Movement Screen (FMS) is used to grade a series of basic movements and identify any areas that need improvement. Based on the FMS score, corrective exercises can then be assigned to improve mobility, stability and overall movement quality.
Performance enhancement and injury prevention to help develop conditioning for sports and other physical activities. Programs may emphasize various aspects of core conditioning, strength, balance, flexibility, mobility, power, speed, agility and quickness training.
