Augustyn’s In-Home Fitness Training offers personal training programs and nutritional guidance for residents in Northwest Bergen County, New Jersey. Performance enhancement and injury prevention are two key components of our training philosophy. We focus on proper progression and technique to create a safe, challenging and effective exercise experience. Additionally, our training methods are based on science, not the latest gym fads.

After an initial consultation and fitness assessment an exercise program will be designed to meet your own specific goals and needs. Personal training sessions take place at your home or office at a predetermined time. You don’t need lots of expensive equipment because your personal trainer will bring everything you need. Any fitness equipment you do have may be utilized during your workouts. Additionally, you don't need a large amount of space to perform your training sessions.

Q: Do I need a lot of space?
A: More space is obviously a bonus, but you don't need a huge area.Your basement, living room or even In front of a TV can suffice. During nice weather, sessions can be done outside.
Q: Do I need an expensive home gym with lots of fitness equipment?
A: Having a home gym is great, but not necessary. Your personal trainer will bring all the necessary equipment. If you would like to buy some basic equipment we can make suggestions to fit your situation. The only piece that we recommend to the majority of our clients is a foam roller for warm-ups, recovery and to alleviate muscle tightness.
Q: Shouldn't I get into better shape before I start a program?
A: If you are still contemplating becoming more active that is fine, but there is no better time to start than the present!
